We stopped here for the last night of our honeymoon, to catch the flight back home. Upon arriving we were greeted with happiness and kindness. We had massages scheduled immediately upon arriving and felt very relaxed without worries. The room was gorgeous! I wish we had more days here. It’s very modern and new, every detail was absolutely perfect. They offered to call taxi to the airport but we had a car, so instead they planned a morning wake-up call to ensure we had time to enjoy the breakfast. Recommend and hope to return!
Gold Tower is next level luxury. The rooms are large, clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing. Housekeeping are wonderful. The staff are exceptional, Federica, Francesca, Laura & Maurizio are so welcoming and warm from the second you walk through the doors into the lobby. Nothing was ever too much or too hard, they were always ready to help in any way they could - from booking taxis to organizing our tours and even train tickets. The facilities are great - from a gym to a spa. The breakfast is really good and the rooftop restaurant and bar is fantastic including the staff. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Thank you to every single staff member that we had the pleasure meeting, you were all so generous. It was hard to leave after a week because we felt like we were leaving our friends. Enjoyed a good stay at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel. The room was awesome, and Francesca at the reception provided excellent service. Special thanks to Daniel for his assistance with luggage and the great shuttle driver service to the city.
However, the terrace restaurant's loud music for two nights affected our sleep, and at times, the AC was too hot and they didn’t let us switch to cool. Despite these issues, overall, it was a good experience.
I would first like to thank Francesca, Laura, Mauricio, and Giovanni. These staff members made us feel valued and welcomed. They gave us detailed instructions on how to navigate the city, what to see, and where to eat. The room was spacious, it’s is obvious this is a new hotel with modern amenities due to clean upkeep. Although the location is on the outskirts of the city it is located in a quiet area and It is a short walk to the metro station that leads you to the city center. It is close to the airport which is a plus when arriving or leaving. When I visit my Naples I will make making my accommodations here.

A fantastic hotel, immaculately maintained and decorated and incredibly clean. Definitely worthy of its four star status. Located in a bit of an unusual location of an industrial area of Naples, it is near enough to the city centre and the hotel offers a regular free shuttle service to and from the city centre.
Check in was straightforward and we were given a free upgrade to a huge executive room with a jacuzzi bath, which was wonderful. The bar/restaurant on the top floor is spacious with modern decor, but the harsh white neon lights are too bright; food and drink were both reasonable quality and price. There is free hotel parking nearby that is in some sort of commercial/market car park, it can get very packed and hectic at certain times but there is 24hr security present at least. We would definitely stay here again!
